Description

Provides certified Veteran Service Officers (VSOs) who know the requirements of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and other accredited veterans organizations for compensation and pensions, and who will assist veterans to complete paperwork and obtain the benefits to which they are entitled. Will aid with the preparation of forms, documentation of claims, proper submission of claims to VA and other follow-up agencies, and obtaining records (military and medical). Assists with locating and applying for other social service benefits not targeted to veterans as well.
