SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VETERAN FAMILIES (SSVF) / OPERATION CLEVELAND HOME FRONT | FRONTLINE SERVICE
Provides re-housing assistance, case management, and assistance with getting other appropriate community benefits and services. Service may include rental deposit and rent payments. Once housing has been secured, agency may provide help with transportation (bus fare, car repair, car payment), utility payments and/or deposit (gas, electric, water only), clothing, furniture, kitchen supplies, and bath items.

Phone for information or to schedule intake for the program. If applicant needs immediate shelter, staff will conduct an intake for shelter in addition to processing the application for vouchers.

Eligibility
Serves Cuyahoga County veterans and their immediate families. Veteran must be homeless (staying in a shelter, on the street, living in a car etc.).The veteran must have served at least one day of active service in any branch of the military and have been discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable. Household income must be at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (2021, 50% AMI monthly for 1 person is $2296; 2 people $2621; 3 people 2950; 4 people 3275; 5 people 3538; 6 people 3800; 7 people 4063). All other available community resources will be explored and financial assistance will be given only as a last resort.
