Family Success Network | Mercy Health - Saint Vincent Medical Center
Provides a community-based prevention model that offers services to families and children who may be experiencing risk factors. Offers connection to community resources, family coaching, parenting tips, budgeting and money management, and financial assistance, when needed. From one-time consultations to intensive home visiting services, families can select the frequency and duration of services that will best meet their unique needs and help them to achieve their goals. As families move through the program, gain skills, and achieve their goals, families will build resilience and be able to reduce potential risk factors.

Eligibility
There are no income, age, or gender requirements. Families with a current, open substantiated child protective services case and do not have custody of their children are not eligible for the program.
