Franklin County families eligible for Job and Family Services benefits or proof of 200% of poverty or below. Children at age three or four.

Completion of an application. Documentation of income or Job and Family Services benefits (SNAP Medicaid/Health benefits,PFCC,OWF).

Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5 pm. Home visits are typically scheduled during these hours and to match family's schedule.

SPARK is a family-focused intervention program that helps children get ready for school by building reading, language and social skills, and seeks to create a seamless transition into school for children ages 3-6. Parent partners deliver monthly home- and group-based lessons and activities to families of preschool-aged children.
