Doctor's prescription is required for evaluation. Eligibility for on going services will be determined by evaluation therapist and will be discussed at the time of evaluation.

Application process
A prescription from a treating physician is required prior to evaluation for services. Once we receive a prescription from client's physician the scheduler will call to set up an appointment for services.
Fees
Multiple payment types and many insurances are accepted. Medicare, Medicaid, Wavier funding, private pay, and Autism scholarships.
