Application process
Call 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Staff will take information and arrange appropriate service.
Fee
Fixed Fee. Third-party payment accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Those who have no health insurance must have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines to apply for financial help. Financial Counselors will screen uninsured for Marketplace insurance, Medicaid, or hospital charity eligibility. Patients who qualify for charity might not always have a 100% of bill covered. Those who have an outstanding bill may be able to recieve a payment plan on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility
Ages 18 and over. Serves Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, northern Medina, and northern Summit counties.
