Investigation And Advocacy | Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Of Franklin County
Links concerned community volunteers and the abused and neglected children in need of a voice to speak up for their best interest. Volunteers are appointed by the court to help ensure that the children receive appropriate services and treatment by independently monitoring a child’s situation, identifying community resources and participating in the court process.

Eligibility
Children: Ages infant-18 years of age involved in abuse, neglect or dependency cases in Juvenile Court. Volunteers: Must be 21 years of age, complete a 40 hour training program and pass a thorough background check.
