Service is by physician's order. Not all facilities can do mammograms for this population. If a mammogram is ordered, call to see which locations can do the ordered mammogram.

Third-party payment accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Emergency visits are treated immediately regardless of insurance status. Those who have no health insurance must have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines to apply for financial help. Those with insurance may be eligible to apply for assistance in certain situations. Financial Counselors will screen uninsured for Marketplace insurance, Medicaid, or hospital charity eligibility.
