Any woman, age 18 and older, who is experiencing symptoms of substance use disorder. There is no county residency requirement. Will accept court-ordered individuals.
Medicaid or insurance information, if applicable. Proof of residency such as driver's license/state ID, current utility bill, lease agreement, piece of mail with current address, current election card, automobile registration, pay stub or recent tax return. A photo ID is preferred for identification.

Sliding scale; financial aid available; Medicaid including Managed Care Plans; and third-party payment accepted.

Conducts a comprehensive, diagnostic evaluation and assessment which identifies each client's substance use disorder. This assessment is used to recommend a method of treatment to best meet the individual's needs.
