Provides services for City of Newark only. Assists residents in understanding their rights and responsibilities under the Federal and City Fair Housing Law and to provide information regarding the Ohio Landlord-Tenant Law. To eliminate discrimination in the sale and renting of housing, as well as the financial aspects of securing housing. Will assist complainants with the filing of discrimination claims and explain options available to the client. Mediation services available to help resolve tenant-landlord disputes. Will serve as a presenter of information about fair housing issues.
