Phone for information M-F: 9:00am-3:00pm; if no answer, leave a message and the call will be returned. There is a waiting list for this program or service. Observation of classes is available prior to applying to the program but must be arranged with staff prior to visit. Organization will contact when opening is available. First step is an evaluation with the organization's instructor.
Fee
Fixed fee. Third party payment accepted. Scholarships may be available. Evaluation fees are fixed and not covered by insurance or scholarships.
Eligibility
Ages 4 and older and weighing no more than 160 pounds. Serves a variety of disabilities; these include, but are not limited to amputations, autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, stroke, traumatic brain injury, learning disabilities, hearing and/or visual impairments. No restrictions on residence.
