Serves residents of Lorain County with household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Applicants must also meet case acceptance guidelines.

Sealing criminal records or application for a Certificate of Qualification for Employment (CQE) when applicable;
Sealing and expungement of Juvenile records;
Resolving credit report problems that interfere with employment;

Owed money from an employer (including minimum wage, overtime, and vacation pay);
Obtaining identification for employment purposes, including driver’s license reinstatement;
Obtaining or maintaining licenses/certifications;
Employment discrimination which has occurred within the last 12 months;
