Evaluates cases related to removing barriers to employment such as: - Sealing criminal records or application for a Certificate of Qualification for Employment (CQE) when applicable; - Sealing and expungement of Juvenile records; - Resolving credit report problems that interfere with employment; - Owed money from an employer (including minimum wage, overtime, and vacation pay); - Obtaining identification for employment purposes, including driver’s license reinstatement; - Obtaining or maintaining licenses/certifications; - Employment discrimination which has occurred within the last 12 months;
