Eligibility based on federal poverty guidelines, resources and size of family. Must be a Mercer County resident and have minor children in the home to be eligible for any PRC program. Applicants are not eligible if already reimbursed for travel by their employer or provided this benefit through another assistance program.

Proof of identity, proof of residency, proof of income and other documentation may be needed
