Eligibility
- Individuals or entities are eligible.
- Must be current on taxes for all other property owned, must not have any open code violations (building, health, zoning, fire) for all other property owned, and must not have previously lost property due to tax foreclosure or conveyance in lieu of foreclosure.

- Complete and accurate Side Lot and Vacant Land Transfer Application.
- Application fee.

Application process
- Call the office or visit the website for more information and for the application.
- Applications may be submitted electronically but will not be processed until the application fee is received.
- Allow at least 90 days for application to be processed.
Fees
- Fixed application fee of $25 for residential property and $50 for commercial property, per parcel.
- Application fees are non-refundable but will be applied to the final purchase price if the application is approved.
- Make checks payable to the Summit County Land Bank and delivered or mailed to the Summit County Land Bank.
