Eligibility

- Limited to the first 35 families each day, first come first serve. - Serves residents of the Opportunity Park community - specifically ZIP codes 44203, 44301, 44307, 44308, 44311, 44320, 44321, and 44224 - with household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. - May receive assistance once every 31 days. If unsure of your last date of service, you may call Marcia Campo at 330-434-0110, ext. 416, from 9:00am to 11:00am.

Required documents

- Photo ID. - Proof of address. - Self declared income statement. - Proxy letter if you are picking up for another household.

Hours

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:30am to 2:00pm. - Friday: 9:00am to 11:00am. NOTE: 3rd Friday is the Mountain of Food which is open to the community. Pantry Closures: - Week of New Year's Day. - Martin Luther King Jr. Day. - Presidents' Day. - Good Friday (Friday April 3rd, 2026). - Memorial Day. - Monday June 22nd, 2026 for Juneteenth. - Friday July 3rd, 2026 Independence Day. - Thursday July 23rd, 2026 for annual Community Picnic. - Labor Day. - Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day. - Veteran's Day. - Tuesday November 24th, 2026 for extra Mountain of Food giveaway. - Thanksgiving Day. - Day after Thanksgiving. - Tuesday December 15th, 2026. - Christmas Eve. - Christmas Day. - Day after Christmas.

Application process

- Take a number from the hook on the plexiglass by the pantry door. Hang the number from the car's rearview mirror, or hold on to it if walking. Place your ID in the envelope on the back. - When it is your turn, someone from the pantry will notify you. - If picking up for another household you must have a proxy letter. - Please have cars clear of clutter.
