The Homestead Discount Program customers must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Cleveland Water customer.
- Must be age 65 years or over, or an individual who is totally and permanently disabled;
- Must own and live at the property; and
- Must meet income guidelines.
Required documents
Application is required to apply and to re-apply. Enrollment is valid for three (3) years.
