Call, email or fill out online contact form to begin intake. Assessments may be scheduled to take place within the community or home, virtually, or in-office.
Fees
Vary by services provided and length of service. Medicaid accepted.

Acts as the intake department for inpatient and outpatient mental health services provided by Lighthouse Youth and Family Services. Conducts diagnostic assessments of mental health and/or substance use concerns, symptoms, and behaviors and provides referrals to services offered by Lighthouse.
