- Summit County Central Collection Agency (CCA) Member Municipalities include Munroe Falls. - Medina County Central Collection Agency (CCA) Member Municipalities include Seville. CCA Special Member Municipalities: - Taxpayers should not file returns with CCA or make payments to CCA for these communities unless they have been contacted by CCA. - Summit County CCA Special Member Municipalities include Akron and Stow. - Lorain County CCA Special Member Municipalities include Amherst and Lorain.
