Identifies, purchases and renovates select Cleveland houses and offers the finished home to low and moderate income families. Also constructs new homes (3-4 bedroom with a garage and kitchen appliances). Clients are assisted in pre-qualifying for mortgage financing. Houses are sold to financially qualified families on a first come first served basis.
