KEIFER WELLNESS CENTER | SPRINGFIELD CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION

The Center's purpose is to foster a partnership between the schools and families in the community to increase the number of children coming to school healthy and ready to learn. They also strive to empower families with the tools they need to maintain optimum health and access to appropriate health services. A fulltime R.N. is on staff and the following, as well as other, services are provided: *Immunizations *Health Education *On-site nursing care *Health Assessment *Vision and hearing screenings *Blood pressure checks *Home visits *Referrals to primary health care providers
