Works to improve the educational, professional, and social climate to increase opportunities for women within the university and community through education, advocacy, and research. Activities include seminars, speakers, participation and hosting of a task force on violence against women, an annual series that explores masculinity, a black history event, and a speakers series that celebrates women's academic achievements.
