Offers childbirth education classes such as natural childbirth, lamaze, HypnoBirthing, relaxation techniques, multiple birth, bedrest and cesarean birth. Also offers classes for siblings and grandparents. Offers a yoga class for pregnant women focusing on relaxation and breathing. Also, offers instruction in infant massage for parents of babies up to one year of age. Also offers specialized counseling for women experiencing depression due to pregnancy or childbirth.
