Application through 211 required.
*The application can be found online, picked up from the 211 office, or sent to clients through email or mail
*Completed applications must be dropped off or sent to 211 through email, mail, or fax.
*Applications are sent to the Lions Club for approval. Process may take 4-6 weeks.
