Early Head Start services are for families qualifying at 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or below, or are receiving SNAP/OWF/TANF cash assistance, SSI disability, or are foster families. Early Head Start is a birth-to-three program, and pregnant mothers are served in the Early Head Start home-based program.
Previous year's income or current SNAP/OWF/TANF, SSI Disability verification, child's birth certificate, child's immunization record, health insurance, and current physical.
Mon-Fri 7am-5pm.
