Description

Offers down payment and closing cost assistance to first-time home buyers who are purchasing within the City of Lima. Prospective homeowners can earn up to $10,000 towards down payment closing costs. Client will participate in mandatory home ownership classes. Homeowners who remain in their homes for 5 years can have the $10,000 loan forgiven.
