Eligibility
Serves families of adoptees who are:
- 18, 19, or 20 years old.
- not married.
- not in the military.
- is finishing high school or working on a diploma (like a GED).
- is in college or a trade school.
- is doing a job program or something that helps to get or keep a job.
- is working at least 80 hours each month.
- The adoptive parent still helps the adoptee and can show proof they are responsible for the adoptee.
- The adoption was made official with a special agreement when the adoptee was 16 or 17.
