Serves individuals 18 and older living in Cuyahoga County. Must have a medical dual-diagnosis of a mental illness and epilepsy/seizure disorder.

Photo I.D. Medicaid information (if applicable) income information if using a sliding scale. Other documents may be needed, agency will convey at the time of intake.

Description

Provides diagnostic assessment services for adults with a dual diagnosis of epilepsy and a mental illness. Offers psychiatric case management services. Works to identify, solve and prevent problems of acceptance and adjustment. Groups for individuals and family members are also offered, along with educational materials and medical information.
