At The Journey Home (TJH), Veterans are our priority. Our Mission is to end Veteran homelessness; to connect Veterans to local, regional, and national communities. As together we provide stability, support and interventions so that Veterans are empowered to attain housing and independence. TJH programs to "end Veteran homelessness" include 1) 15 bed male transitional residential facility for homeless Veterans, 2) Veteran Outreach - Housing retention and harm reduction case management, 3) Veteran Mobile Disaster Response Team - giving aide to Veterans at risk post disaster.
