Supervises youth on parole in the northern half of the state. Provides after-care and parole services to youth offenders, committed on felonies to DYS Institutions. Services include individual, group, and family counseling; substance use counseling and education; vocational and employment programming; cultural enrichment; and parole supervision. Also assists Juvenile Courts and local agencies, both public and private, in dealing with less serious adjudicated delinquents, delinquency prevention, and placement alternatives.
