- Accepts applications from the medical social worker or the billing office at the hospital involved. Call the office to schedule an appointment. - All medical bills related to the event should be submitted (except for labor and delivery up to two (2) days). Application will be reviewed and determination will be made of medically necessary days and charges which will be paid for.
- No fee. - If eligibility is satisfied, the hospital will be paid directly for the care received. - Other providers whose services are directly connected to the emergency event may also be paid, as determined on a case-by-case basis.
