Birth to 25 years of age. Working with multiple agencies (two or more agencies) with needs such as school issues, doctors, mental health, developmental disability, public assistance and child protective services.

The Family and Children First Council was formed in response to state legislation mandating all 88 counties in Ohio to form a local council, with the purpose of coordinating and streamlining existing publicly funded services which serve children and families. The Council is an association of public and non-profit organizations, schools, clergy, parents and elected officials committed to improving the local social and human service delivery system. The council provides funding to a variety of services committed to improving the well-being of children and families.
