Currently there are 39 gas cards available at $25.00 on each. All calls for this need can be referred to me. I will do an intake/application process to determine the need. Callers will be asked the individual questions listed on the application. Track the miles from location to location. Determine what the need is for applying. They will be asked for an ID and proof of employment or medical form. They will then sign the application stating they received the gas card. a limit of 2 cards per person.
