The Very Low Income (HCVP - Section 8) Eligibility Guidelines (updated April 1, 2025): - Family of 1 = $29,850. - Family of 2 = $34,100. - Family of 3 = $38,350. - Family of 4 = $42,600. - Family of 5 = $46,050. - Family of 6 = $49,450. - Family of 7 = $52,850. - Family of 8 = $56,250. The Low Income (Public Housing) Eligibility Guidelines (updated April 1, 2025): - Family of 1: $47,750. - Family of 2: $54,550. - Family of 3: $61,350. - Family of 4: $68,150. - Family of 5: $73,650. - Family of 6: $79,100. - Family of 7: $84,550. - Family of 8: $90,000.
- Applicants are required to provide Photo ID and Social Security card. - The client or representative must have information regarding Social Security numbers for every member of the household as well as documentation of income and assets. - Name of landlord will also be required.

- Walk in to apply or call for information Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to Noon and 12:30pm to 4:00pm. - May also download application from website and then mail in. - If clients are elderly, handicapped, or have difficulty with transportation, they may have a representative fill out the application for them.

Rental cost to tenant is approximately 30% of monthly family income, with subsidy making up the difference between this and the market rent of unit. There is an upper limit on unit rental price acceptable.
