250% of the poverty level or below. If filing for dissolution, all parties must be present.
Required documents
Any prior court order that you have in your possession, any evidence of paternity, any child support information (if applicable) and a valid state-issued photo ID.

Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm.
Application process
By appointment.Telephone. Virtual (ZOOM). Leave a detailed message clearly stating name, phone number, case number, and a brief description of what you need help with. Due to a high volume of callers, it may take up to four days to receive a call back. Calls will be returned in the order in which it was received. Ensure voicemail is set up, and not full, for return calls.

Free service provided by Domestic and Juvenile Division in conjunction with Capital University. It is intended for those who do not have financial resources to retain private counsel. Only assists with filing forms in the Domestic or Juvenile courts including complaints and motions for custody, complaints and answers for divorce, petitions for dissolution, motions to modify child support, post decree motions and more. Does not give legal advice. Only helps fill out paper work.
