Homeless Prevention - Past Due Rent Assistance - Pregnant Women | United Way Of Summit And Medina
Provides housing stabilization services to pregnant women who are homeless or living in highly unstable housing. Services provided include intense case management and rent assistance. Participants must agree to interact regularly with their housing stabilization specialist for the duration of the program.

Application process
- Call 2-1-1 to be screened for program enrollment. Note: Applicants will hear back within 4-5 weeks due to high demand for assistance at this time. No information about application status will be available until 4-5 weeks after application. - If determined to be ineligible for the program, individuals will be referred to other appropriate resources that may be able to assist them.

Eligibility
Serves pregnant individuals residing in Summit County who meet the following criteria: - Age 18 or older. - 21 weeks gestation or less. - Enrolled in an Ohio Medicaid Managed Care plan. - Income under 30% of Area Median Income. - Experiencing housing instability (couch surfing, living in a shelter, living in a car, motel or on the street, unable to afford rent, at risk of eviction). - Must reside in an eligible ZIP code.
