Delivers library materials to those who cannot come to the library because of illness or disability. Includes Helen Brown Senior Center, two senior apartment buildings, and individuals who are home-bound. Clients can keep books for one month.

Open to those who live in East Cleveland and are shut-in. Must have East Cleveland library card, but this can be arranged for by outreach worker on first visit.
