Go online or call for scheduled early voting hours. Walk in. Any voter in line when that day’s hours for in-person absentee voting ends, may remain in line to apply for and receive an absentee ballot. Individuals who wish to vote curbside must send someone into the early voting location and request board staff send out officials who can administer voting curbside. Schedule is subject to change. Must fill out a written request to vote and provide appropriate documents. May also call for more information.

Eligibility
Must be a Cuyahoga County resident, registered 30 days before an election, aged 18 on or before the day of the general election and not currently incarcerated for a felony. Voters who have moved or changed their name since they last voted must update their registration at least 30 days before an election. Must be a resident of Ohio for at least 30 consecutive days immediately before the election in which they want to vote. College students living in Ohio and registered to vote by the deadline may vote using whichever address the student considers his or her permanent residence at the time of voting. Ex-offenders who were convicted of felonies and who updated their registration following their release from prison are eligible to vote. 17 year-olds who meet the above criteria may vote in a primary for candidates only.
