The goal of the mobility manager is to provide innovation in transportation options and coordination whether it's Circleville, Pickaway County or regional in scope. Whether assisting individuals, families, students, older people, people with disabilities or low income we can find a solution to get you where you need to be. Through the Specialized Transportation program funding, PICCA's Mobility Manager is the one stop source for information, education and referral to assist in learning about and accessing community and regional transportation services provided by both Public Agencies and Private Providers.
