Call to discuss complaint and to have a file opened for investigation. Confidentiality is guaranteed for complaints submitted in person, by mail, or by phone. To obtain phone numbers for specific problems, check web site.

Investigates consumer complaints about any property insured or managed by the agency, including poor maintenance, dangers to health and safety, and concerns about mismanagement. Investigates fraud, waste, or abuse involving agency funds, and handles general questions regarding agency rental programs and procedures, including Housing Choice (Section 8) Vouchers. Refers callers to appropriate departments for complaint resolution depending on their issue.
