Assists residents with housing issues through the following:
- Homeownership Project - Assists homeowners facing foreclosure with improving their financial situation and asserting rights in foreclosure proceedings.
- Neighborhood Law Project - Promotes economic development in historically disadvantaged neighborhoods. Provides legal advocacy and supports grassroots efforts focused on social justice and racial equity.
- Tenant Assistance Project - Assists low-income renters with maintaining their home, improving living conditions, and asserting rights in eviction proceedings. Also provides advocacy around right-to-counsel in eviction cases and sealing of past eviction cases.
