Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) | Western Reserve Area Agency On Aging
Provides a mobile app or option of a pre-loaded card with $50 to use in purchasing locally grown fruits, vegetables, honey, and herbs from participating farmers markets.

Application process
Apply on-site or online; application renewal each year. Once application is approved, clients will be able to download the app, displaying their allotted amount, or you can choose to be given a physical debit card to use at select farmers markets. Applying does not guarantee approval. List of farmers' markets are also available on agency web site.

Eligibility
Individuals ages 60 and older, residents of Ohio, income verification that falls under the poverty line. Call for more information regarding income limitations M-F: 10:00am-7:00pm, Sa-Su: 8:00am-5:00pm.
