Residents of Darke County who are enrolled in grades K-12 for the 2023-2024 school year. Must meet all other PRC requirements – recipient of Public Assistance (TANF, SNAP) and/or have a family income at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Level. Enrollees in home or internet school programs are not eligible.
Completed application, completed W-9, and proof of school enrollment. Proof of income may be requested to determine eligibility
Program application period is Saturday, June 1st, 2024, through Tuesday, August 20th, 2024, by 4:00pm (no exceptions), or until funds run out.
