Phone for information or an appointment M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm. Most veterans will have to enroll for health benefits if they have not already done so, before seeking this service. Veterans may initiate service at sites that are owned by the hospital system that they are enrolled with; those who wish to be served by a location outside of their hospital system will need a referral from their primary care physician.

Eligibility

Serves eligible female veterans. The VA urges all veterans to apply to determine basic eligibility. A veteran includes any person who served in active military service and who was discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable as well as active duty veterans and reservists/national guardsmen called to active duty who completed their entire period of duty. The level of benefits granted will depend on when the Veteran served and the nature and duration of their service.
