- Serves residents of Tuscarawas County on Medicaid. - Serves those on a Medicaid HMO who have reached their yearly limit of rides. - Must be ambulatory (able to get into and out of a cab without assistance).
- Call the office or visit the website for details and copies of the necessary forms. - The person providing the transportation must provide copy of driver's license, verification of auto insurance, NET Verification form (BO 52) and NET Reimbursement Record (BO 51).

Interpretive services, sign language, translation services.

- Call for information, to open a case, and to schedule a ride. - Transportation must be scheduled no later than 48 hours before medical appointment, excluding weekends, holidays and before 2:30pm each day.

No fee to Medicaid recipients who are on a Medicaid HMO. Also serves Medicaid recipients who are not on a Medicaid HMO (sometimes called "fee for service") and who are eligible for medical transportation assistance through Medicaid.
