Women, aged 18 and older who have ever struggled with alcohol addiction. Accepts those with current opioid and other drug addictions. Applicants must be willing to spend six months in the facility without outside employment. Does not serve those with epilepsy, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), or mental health conditions that require medications other than anti-depressants. Agency accepts all individuals, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. This includes transgender as well as all gender diverse individuals.

Detoxification from current substance use is required before admission to the program. Call M-F: 9:00am-4:00pm to make an intake appointment. May leave a message after hours. Intake is face-to-face and involves scoring on a trauma scale to see if applicant is a good fit for the program. There may be a waiting list.

Fixed fee. Initial fees can be negotiated.

Description

Provides a sober living facility for recovery from addiction. Program involves intensive group work while living with others who are experiencing addiction, attendance at AA meetings within the community, volunteer service opportunities outside the community, high school equivalency testing (if applicable), and job skills training. Goal is eventual full reintegration into society with tools to prevent relapse. Capacity is 48-52. Program staff are not trained counselors.
