Provides financial literacy and budget counseling to helps clients understand and improve their credit and finances and to help them set up a monthly, workable budget. Also offers the Debt Management Program through which the agency will work to establish a payment plan between client and creditors (which may result in lowering the amount of interest owed).

No charge for general consultation. However there is a fixed fee and monthly fee for the Debt Management Program (which may be waived for those with income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or who are on some type of public assistance).
