Outreach Services Department delivers library materials and services to residents of the Knox County Library District who would otherwise have severely limited or no access to them. This includes:
  • Elderly
  • Home-bound
  • Physically challenged
  • Institutionalized
  • Preschool or Daycare
  • Amish Schools
  • To and from library branches
Services to institutional settings include Knox County Jail, a variety of preschool and daycare centers, and retirement centers and nursing homes.
