Training & Certification Programs | Towards Employment
Provides job readiness training, individualized career coaching, and case management. Participants receive ongoing access to supportive and legal services. Workshops help individuals understand job expectations, training requirements, and opportunities for advancement toward employment that offers family-sustaining wages. Each participant develops a Personal Career Map outlining the steps needed to achieve their career goals. Agency offers training for manufacturing, construction, healthcare, I.T. and more.
