Eligibility
Students in grades Pre-K–12 (ages 4–18) who attend schools in the Fostoria City Schools District and meet the federal definition of homelessness, including those living in shelters, motels, cars, campgrounds, temporary foster care placements, or doubled-up with others due to loss of housing or economic hardship.
Required documents
No documentation is required to request McKinney-Vento services. Enrollment is immediate, even if typically required documents (such as proof of residency, immunization records, or school records) are unavailable. McKinney-Vento Verification form may need to be completed.
