Appointments for child and adult immunizations are available on Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri 8am-12pm and 1pm-4pm
and Third Tuesday of every month until 6pm.
Appointments for specialized programs or to speak to a Public Health Nurse can be conducted during normal business hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm.

Public Health Programs offer home visits from a registered nurse for newborn babies and their mothers; Senior Health and Wellness for senior citizens; treatment and service coordination for children with medical needs (CMH); education, consultation and follow-up on communicable disease; immunizations for adults and children; community immunization clinics for influenza; and school clinics for MMR, Meningitis and HPV vaccine.

The Community Health Center is a patient-centered medical home offering preventive and primary care to for men, women and children of all ages, including those who have no insurance, are under-insured or have insurance. Services include medical, dental, addiction treatment, mental health counseling, as well as women's health, well child visits, exams for work, school and sports MEDICAID Patients welcomed. Out-of-pocket expenses can be reduced depending on income and family size. Costs are significantly lower than going to ER or urgent care. Significant cost reduction for any Lab work and prescriptions. Travel vouchers available to those without transportation; Walk-ins accepted. Regardless of payer source, NO ONE IS TURNED AWAY FOR SERVICES. Locations in Mount Vernon and Danville.
